Transversal evaluation of hygiene and sanitation aspects
The purpose of the transverse evaluation was to analyse the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency, the impact and the viability of PROTOS’s first activities for hygiene and sanitation with regard to their main objective of viable management and participatory approach for water and sanitation in different socio-economic and institutional contexts.

The global objectives were to insure that duties to projects and technical assistance were in accordance with objectives and results mentioned in the project document.
