Feasibility study on the collection and processing of hydraulic data and remote sensing in the hydraulic basin of Tensift (GIREAU)
The objective of the GIREau program is to contribute to a well-regulated water balance in the Tensif hydraulic basin.
The results produced by the mission are:
Collecting information and critical analysis of the current situation regarding:
i) monitoring networks of surface water and groundwater, and weather monitoring network;
ii) The flood warning system;
iii) Existing GIS and databases;
iv) collection of information about groundwater and surface water;
v) collection of information about the uses of water;
vi) Information circuits: collection, encoding, processing, analysis, restitution;
vii) The relationship between the different actors.
The development, at the pre-feasibility stage of a conceptual project schedule. This includes: the development of technical and organizational proposals; the overall planning of the project; the definition of a preferred embodiment; the proposed measures and the chosen design;
The development, at the feasibility stage of a project plan, including: implementation plan; cost estimates; the management of cross-cutting measures and recommendations for improvement; conducting a workshop and preparation of the feasibility study.
